SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES

Processing Times Vary By Group

  • For group orders with an order deadline/window, please refer questions about order distribution timeframe to your PTA or group administrator.

  • For groups with a storefront that remains open throughout the year, processing times are generally between 2-5 business days for in-stock items (closer to 2 business days most of the year and closer to 5 business days during peak times such as holiday season).  Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include postal holidays.
    Some items are "special order" and will be identified as such in the product description.  This means that we do not keep this item on our shelf regularly.  As orders are placed for these items, we in turn order them from our supplier.  Sometimes, the item is on backorder with our supplier.  As a result, special order items will take longer to ship.  When you order an in-stock item with a special order item and use a free shipping promotion, both items will ship together when the special order item is ready.  

Shipping

We offer shipping via US Postal Service for domestic and international, as well as DHL Express for international packages.

First Class Packages generally take 2-5 business days for delivery.  However, EXPECT DELAYS.  First Class Package delivery timeframes are not guaranteed.

Priority Mail packages generally take 2-3 business days for delivery.  However, EXPECT DELAYS.  Priority Mail delivery timeframes are not guaranteed.

The US Postal Service does not provide tracking for international packages once they leave the United States.

International Shipments: Keep in mind that duty and VAT may be due in your country upon receipt of your package.  

 

Resolving Shipping Issues

Q: I entered the wrong shipping address and I just placed my order.  What should I do?
A: Contact us right away via email, sales@lobographixnm.com.  If you let us know before we ship your package, we can correct the address on our end.

Q: I entered the wrong shipping address and it has already shipped.  Can anything be done?
A: Contact us as soon as possible and we will look into whether a package intercept is an option.  Sometimes the postal service can redirect the package mid-route for a fee starting at $15.25.

Q: My order is taking a really long time to get to me!  What gives?
A: If your order has already shipped and you've received a tracking number, take a look at the delivery timeframes we've given (above) for First Class and Priority Mail.  If the length of time is much more than that, go ahead and plug the tracking number into usps.com and take a look at the tracking detail.  Does your package seem to be making regular progress, albeit slow?  Or does it seem to be "stuck" somewhere?  Usually when a package is lost we see that the tracking stops at a certain location for a week or longer and there's no updates after that.  If that's the case, contact us and we will send you a replacement item.  Please keep in mind that due to all the impacts of COVID-19 on the labor force and on logistics, shipping times are much longer than usual.  Thank you for your patience.  :-)

Q: I got a notification that my order was delivered, but it's not in my mailbox!  Help!
A: In the words of Douglas Adams, "Don't Panic!"  9.75 times out of 10, your mail carrier dropped it off at the wrong house.  Usually within a couple of days a kind neighbor will put it in its rightful place in your mailbox or on your front porch.  If you don't receive it within a week, reach out and let us know and we'll be happy to send you a replacement.  Because 0.25 times out of 10, an unkind neighbor took it off of your front porch.

Q: I bought a t-shirt on Thursday and paid for Priority Mail shipping so I could have it for a birthday party/baby shower/bat mitzvah/et cetera on Saturday but it didn't get here in time!  I want a refund of the shipping I paid! Grrr!
A: While that is a bummer that you didn't receive the t-shirt in time for your special event, please understand that our shipping times don't include the fulfillment time (a minimum of 2 business days), AND the transit times are also not guaranteed.  Before COVID-19, in our experience Priority Mail was on time well over 95% of the time.  These days, Priority Mail is definitely taking a few extra days than usual.  Long story short, you paid for Priority Mail and we shipped it Priority Mail, so sadly we cannot refund the shipping you paid because it arrived after your party.
